Chelsea news: Victor Moses makes SHOCK claim ahead of FA Cup final against Man Utd | Football | Sport

That’s according to Blues star Victor Moses who was sent off in the FA Cup final against Arsenal a year ago.

Chelsea take on Manchester United in this year’s final at Wembley on Saturday (5.15pm).

Antonio Conte’s side have had a poor season, finishing fifth in the Premier League and being knocked out of the Champions League in the last 16.

Moses was sent off as Chelsea were beaten 2-1 by the Gunners 12 months ago with the Nigerian earning a second yellow card for diving.

And now the wide player is hoping to wipe that memory away but admits winning would not make the season a success.

“We know we have Man United in the final, but it won’t be easy,” Moses said.

“If we can win it, it will be a great bonus, but we just want to finish strong.

“Every single one of us wants to stay disciplined and focused, and do what the manager asks of us on the pitch and make sure that we win.

“The most important thing is that we just have to motivate ourselves to win it. Obviously, last year, I got a red card, but we want to try and get it right this time.”

Chelsea reached the FA Cup final having beaten Southampton in the semi-final.

They meet a Manchester United side who saw off Tottenham in the last four and finished 11 points above the Blues in the Premier League.

In their league meetings, Chelsea won 1-0 at Stamford Bridge but United were the winners at Old Trafford.
